The plug valve opens and closes quickly with low fluid resistance. The basic series includes lined plug valves (fully lined) and lined plug valves (semi lined). Plug valves are commonly used to cut off the flow of media and can also be used for media distribution (three-way plug valves).

Structural characteristics

1. X43S and X44S are fully lined types, and all overcurrent components, valve bodies, and plug surfaces are lined with polymer materials to meet various working conditions.

2. X43F/P type, XD63F/R type, XC63F/R type belong to liner type. The specially designed valve seat liner (polytetrafluoroethylene or para polystyrene) and steel plug body form a sealing pair, and the plug is made of stainless steel (not liner). Good sealing performance, long service life, self-lubricating, and flexible rotation.
